UI/UX Designer

Job Objectives

To design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces that enhance user experience, ensure visual consistency, and support the development team in delivering high-quality digital products including the organization's ERP platform and other applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces, dashboards, and application screens.
• Create reusable UI components, design systems, and style guides to ensure design consistency.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and management to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and visual quality across all digital products and interfaces.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user experience.
• Design intuitive navigation structures, information architecture, and user journeys.
• Maintain and update design files, assets, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with the ERP development team to design screens for all ERP modules.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX design projects is required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is an added advantage.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply

Years of Experience

0 to 3 Years of UI/UX design experience; freshers with a strong design portfolio will be considered

Person Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Good understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design.
• Ability to create reusable UI components and maintain consistent design systems.
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for detail and aesthetic quality.
• Good understanding of web and mobile application design standards and guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage design tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Good communication skills in English; Malayalam preferred.
